New Name Reflects Streamlined State and Federal Tracking and Reporting Capabilities

Life Sciences companies are continuing to face an increasing number of complex requirements for disclosure reporting on marketing, clinical, advertising and sales promotion expenses, commonly known as aggregate spend reporting. According to a recent Cegedim Dendrite Aggregate Spend and Disclosure Reporting Trends study, only 29% of respondents report that they are very confident that their company’s disclosure reporting is fully compliant with current regulations. In addition, 76% of Life Sciences managers cited poor record keeping, lack of understanding of policies and system/process shortcomings are root causes for the lack of compliance in their organizations.

In particular, the updated solution includes new features that are specific to Massachusettes reporting requirements to meet the state’s July 2010 reporting due date, as well as the newly passed federal legislation called the Physician Payments Sunshine Act.
