Accessibility
By Train
The area is served by two train lines:
The Raritan Valley Line offers service to and from Newark and Manhattan Penn Stations with stops in North Branch, Raritan, Somerville, Finderne, Bridgewater and Bound Brook.
The Gladstone Branch of the Morris and Essex Line offers service to and from Hoboken, NJ and Penn Station, NY through the Midtown Direct rail connection with stops in Gladstone, Peapack, Far Hills, Bernardsville, Basking Ridge and Lyons. Ferry or PATH service from Hoboken connects to various points in Manhattan.
By Bus
NJ Transit operates three bus routes in Somerset County. They are: the Bridgewater-New York/Somerville-New York Express, and the Somerville-Newark and Plainfield-North Plainfield lines.
